Team Handling: 100+ store employees

Languages: English and Tamil

Background: Retail / FMCG / E-Commerce

Valuable Communication & Presentable

Exp: Minimum 1 Years Experience Inventory, Ecommerce Warehouse Operation

Education : Degree/Diploma/12th Pass

Shift operations in Receiving | Inventory | Outbound | Returns in Ecommerce/Retail/Warehouse/Logistics

Manage 150200 store staff + 50100 delivery boys

Roster Planning | Training | SOP & Records Maintenance

Customer Service Excellence | SLA & Metrics Adherence
