Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with clients, understand their business and technical challenges, and design, develop, and deploy customized technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and technical challenges.
- Design, develop, and implement customized technology solutions.
- Develop APIs, scripts, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Work on AI/ML, Generative AI, and enterprise application integration solutions.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Develop PoCs and prototypes and support production deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams.





Required Skills & Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in software development, engineering, or technology consulting.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Linux environments.
- Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and automation is desirable.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

- Experience in enterprise technology implementation and client-site deployments.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Relevant cloud or AI certifications.
