Are you an experienced General Insurance sales professional with strong expertise in Agency Sales, Large Commercial Business, Corporate Insurance and Channel Partner Management? We are looking for a skilled professional to drive large commercial business through the agency distribution channel.

Responsibilities

- Drive large commercial insurance business through the agency distribution channel.
- Develop and manage relationships with insurance agents, brokers and channel partners to generate business.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and large commercial insurance segment.
- Manage and grow the existing portfolio of large commercial clients while ensuring business retention.
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, market development and partner engagement.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth policy issuance and client servicing.
- Achieve business targets while maintaining strong relationships with key distribution partners.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in General Insurance, specifically in Agency Sales or Commercial Sales.
- Strong exposure to Large Commercial and Corporate Insurance business.
- Experience in managing agency partners, brokers and distribution channels.
- Valuable understanding of General Insurance products and commercial insurance business.
- Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication,



stakeholder management and target-driven approach.
