We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounts function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting function and monthly/annual book closing
- Handle GST, TDS and income tax filings and compliance
- Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements and budgets for management
- Track project-wise costs, customer collections and vendor payments
- Manage banking, fund flow and loan documentation
- Handle ROC compliance with company secretaries and consultants
- Respond to tax notices and department queries
- Lead and develop the accounts team
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com; CA, CA Inter, CMA or MBA Finance preferred
- 12+ years in accounts, including at least 4 years in a lead role
- Real estate or construction accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and audit processes
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel
- Solid leadership, accuracy and integrity
