Qualifications & Requirements B.Ed. / NTT / Montessori trained
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
Excellent command over spoken and written English
Physically fit, energetic, and computer literate
A warm, kind, and child-centric personality
Design engaging learning experiences that promote curiosity,



inquiry, and problem-solving
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development
Maintain daily records including attendance, inventories, and assessment reports
Foster strong partnerships with parents and families through open communication
Guide and mentor interns, volunteers, and support staff when required
Participate in career development, research initiatives, and lab instruction as needed
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Enjoy 2 Saturdays off every month!)
