This is a full-time role for a Construction Estimation & Quantity Surveying Engineer at BAHL BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED. The role is based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for partial work from home for ongoing sites etc. Key responsibilities include preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing rate analysis, managing billing systems, and conducting quantity surveying to ensure accurate estimates and billing.



The Engineer will collaborate with teams to maintain cost efficiency and analyze project requirements to support effective resource allocation. Adequate experience in estimating EPC contracts or Lump Sum Contracts will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in preparing BOQ and conducting Quantity Surveying and AutoCad

Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Rate Analysis

Experience with Billing Systems and project cost management

Knowledge of relevant construction practices and standards

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Prior experience in construction estimation and billing is a prerequisite

Proficiency in relevant software tools is an advantage
