Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Location: Civil Lines, Current Delhi (On-site)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Transport: Free cab facility provided (pick-up & drop)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.

Requirements

- Freshers can apply (0–2 years of experience welcome).
- Recent Graduate. (2025 - 2026)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency.
