Role Summary The Business Development & Fundraising Officer will drive fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor engagement, grant opportunities, and strategic collaborations to support the growth and sustainability of the Foundation's programs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

- Identify and cultivate CSR, corporate, foundation, institutional, and philanthropic partnerships.
- Research funding opportunities, grants, and sponsorship prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Represent the Foundation at networking events, meetings, and conferences.

Fundraising & Resource Mobilization

- Execute fundraising strategies to achieve funding targets.
- Generate support through CSR partnerships, grants, individual donors, crowdfunding, and sponsorships.
- Develop fundraising presentations, proposals, and donor engagement materials.
- Support online and offline fundraising campaigns.

Proposal Development & Donor Management

- Prepare proposals, concept notes, grant applications, and funding requests.
- Coordinate with program teams to gather project data, budgets, and impact stories.




- Maintain regular communication with donors and funding partners.
- Ensure timely donor acknowledgements, updates, and impact reporting.

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain donor and partnership databases.
- Track donor engagement, fundraising pipeline, and proposal status.
- Prepare periodic fundraising reports and impact updates.
- Monitor fundraising performance against targets and KPIs.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proposal writing and fundraising expertise.
- Knowledge of CSR engagement and partnership development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about social impact.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, CSR partnerships, sales, or nonprofit development.
- Experience in the NGO/social sector will be an added advantage.
