Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end dark store operations including inbound, picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to SLA/TAT.
Manage inventory accuracy, stock availability and WMS.
Handle and manage the store operations team and shift planning.
Coordinate with last-mile and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
Monitor daily productivity, fulfilment, inventory and operational KPIs.
Ensure SOP, safety, housekeeping and 5S compliance.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Dark Store / Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Warehouse Operations.
Experience in team handling and inventory management.
Positive knowledge of WMS, order fulfilment and store operations.
