Role Overview : We’re hiring a Sales Operations Manager to build and run the engine that powers our sales team. You’ll work closely with Sales leadership to bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to the sales process

- owning everything from pipeline hygiene and reporting to process design and cross-team coordination. This is a high-impact role critical to how we scale revenue in a fast-growing environment.

What the role entails :

- Own sales operations end-to-end- pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to design and improve sales processes, workflows, and playbooks
- Manage sales MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership reviews and planning
- Ensure accurate pipeline management, stage definitions, and deal hygiene across the team
- Drive coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success for smooth handovers and billing readiness
- Identify process gaps and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and predictability




- Support annual and quarterly planning- targets, capacity planning, and incentive tracking
- Act as the backbone of the sales team, ensuring data integrity, discipline, and execution rigor
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement in a fast-growing environment
- Robust ownership mindset- comfortable building processes from scratch and improving them continuously
- Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in CRM, reporting, and dashboards
- Solid communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English & Hindi
- Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and adapts quickly to change

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
