About the Role
We are hiring a confident Telesales Executive with experience in selling digital marketing services over calls. The candidate should be comfortable explaining service offerings, handling objections, following up with prospects and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Introduce SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and website development services.
- Understand business requirements through client conversations.
- Explain service benefits, packages and pricing.
- Handle client questions and sales objections.
- Follow up with interested prospects and negotiate sales.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain call records and sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing Telesales.
- Experience selling at least one digital marketing service.
- Understanding of all five digital marketing services.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling sales calls independently.
- Experience in negotiation and closing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
