We are looking for a DESIGN HEAD to lead project management and execution for our ongoing commercial and residential interior and architecture projects.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage projects from design development through execution and handover

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and consultants

* Monitor site progress, quality, timelines and procurement

* Review drawings and resolve site/design issues

* Ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery

Requirements:

* B.Arch with relevant project/site experience

* Strong understanding of construction and interior execution

* Positive coordination, communication and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp/Revit is a plus

* Willingness to travel to project sites
