Sales Manager: IT & Kiosk Solutions (Kochi)

Location: Kochi, Kerala (on-site, with local client visits)
Experience: 3-5 sales
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our Kochi office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3- 5 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and an interest in IT solutions and technology products.
The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting IT and kiosk solutions, and managing the complete sales process to achieve business targets.

What You Will Do

- Generate and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and position the right IT or kiosk solution
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and lead negotiations to closure
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups
- Develop new accounts across Kerala and the wider Indian market
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project delivery
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly and monthly sales reports

What We Are Looking For





- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, software, hardware, networking, POS, ERP, or technology solutions
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
- Comfort with proposals, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Self-driven, able to work independently and with a team

Good to have: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or similar), and exposure to kiosks, digital transformation, or government and enterprise tenders.
