 Supervised the interaction and tracking of customs clearance in SEZ Custom, logistics, and delivery.

 Engage with freight forwarders to optimize freight negotiation and scheduling.

 Coordinated and streamlined merchant trading documentation workflows.

 Streamline coordinating with CHAs and forwarding agents for enhanced service.

 Maintaining all records of imports, export clearance, and shipment tracking.

 Manage daily operations, delegat tasks to team members to optimise productivity and efficiency.
