Job summary
We are looking for Business Development Associate with a strong interest in the stock market who can close sales and speak the language of equity markets, technical analysis, and Futures & Options (F&O;) well enough to build instant trust with prospective learners. This is a sales role, not a mentoring role. It is designed for someone with a genuine passion for the markets, who is keen to build the depth needed to present our programs convincingly and convert interest into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities ● Explain stock market and financial market concepts clearly to prospects during sales conversations, covering: ○ Equity Markets ○ Technical Analysis ○ Fundamental Analysis ○ Futures & Options (F&O;) ○ Mutual Funds & ETFs ○ IPOs ○ Portfolio & Risk Management ● Conduct live market analysis and explain current market trends. ● Connect with qualified leads generated through webinars, digital marketing campaigns, and referrals. Understand each prospect’s requirements and investing or trading goals, and recommend the most suitable learning program and course track (Equity, Technical Analysis, F&O;, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Portfolio Management, etc.). ●
● Conduct consultative sales calls, product demonstrations, and counselling sessions. ● Build strong relationships with prospects and convert leads into enrolments. ● Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.



● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. ● Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. Eligibility Preferred Skills What We Offer Preferred Industry Background ● Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Candidates with experience in Finance, Stock Market, Trading, Investing, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, or EdTech Sales will be preferred. ●

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
