Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to support our Finance & Accounts Department in daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and record maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Record purchase, sales, and expense transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Support bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and data preparation.
- Support monthly financial reports and statements.




- Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, invoices, and payments.
- Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime / Tally ERP is preferred.
- Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and ledgers.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com / Any Related (Accounting & Finance) graduates.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with basic accounting knowledge will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
