About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our HR – Learning & Development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging training materials, creating professional presentations, producing training videos, and recording voiceovers to support employee learning and development initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

1. *PPT & Training Material Development*

- Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for employee training programs.

- Develop learning materials, training manuals, guides, and instructional content.





- Convert technical and non-technical information into simple, easy-to-understand training content.

2. *Video Content Creation *

- Create and edit training videos, instructional videos, and employee learning content.

- Develop video-based learning modules for various departments.

- Add animations, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and relevant visual elements to videos.

3. *Voiceover & Audio Content*

- Record and develop voiceovers for training videos and presentations.

- Ensure explicit pronunciation, appropriate tone, and professional delivery.

- Integrate voiceovers, background audio, and sound effects into training videos.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
