Job Description – Junior Engineer Trainee

About the Role

RITCON Electronics is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Engineers to join its engineering team. Candidates will get an opportunity to work on real-world PCB design, electronic product development, prototype assembly, testing, and electrical control panel projects in a modern electronics development lab.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in PCB design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Work on electronic product assembly from prototype to production.
- Perform PCB testing, debugging, and validation.
- Handle electrical control panel wiring and assembly.
- Assist in electrical panel design and schematic preparation.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Design, Production, and Quality.
- Support product testing, quality improvement, and documentation.




- Learn and implement new technologies and engineering practices.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
- Understanding of PCB circuits and electronic fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and control panels.
- Ability to use multimeters and basic testing instruments.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Teamwork and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.
