We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated students and freshers to join our business development team as Business Development Associates.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential business clients in Indian and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email and other professional platforms.
- Identify businesses that require digital and software solutions.
- Connect with business owners, founders and decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote our services to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and arrange client meetings.
- Maintain lead information and outreach records.
- Coordinate with the business team to convert opportunities into projects.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible working hours.
- Previous sales or lead generation experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
