Position: Center Head – 100-150 Bed Hospital in Jalandhar, Punjab

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Center Head to manage the overall operations and administration of a 100-bedded hospital, ensuring efficient functioning, quality patient care, financial performance, and effective coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and overall administration.
- Manage and coordinate clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, bed occupancy, and operational performance.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and team management.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, HODs, and support departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies,



NABH standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle patient grievances and improve patient satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and hospital growth.

Required Skills & Eligibility

- MBA in Healthcare Management / MHA is mandatory.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in hospital administration or operations.
- Experience managing a 100-bedded or multispeciality hospital is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management and decision-making skills.
- Valuable understanding of hospital operations, financial management and quality standards.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
