Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive skilled to manage and coordinate university-related portals, and digital systems used within the institution for university connectivity and related academic or administrative activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between university representatives, internal users, and the development team to ensure smooth system operations, effective communication, and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate university-related portals, and digital platforms used by the institution.
- Coordinate with universities and external stakeholders regarding portal access, data updates, integrations, and system-related requirements.
- Gather requirements from internal users and communicate them clearly to the development team.
- Coordinate with developers for system enhancements, bug fixes, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to university portals and institutional systems.
- Conduct functional testing and validate system changes before deployment.
- Prepare requirement documents,



functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
- Coordinate with end users to understand operational challenges and provide necessary support.
- Follow up with developers and university representatives to ensure timely completion of pending tasks.
- Maintain issue trackers, project status reports, and documentation of system changes.
- Support users in system usage, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate data flow and smooth coordination between institutional systems and university platforms, wherever applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; MBA candidates with relevant IT coordination experience may also apply.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in university portal management, institutional IT systems, application coordination, or a similar role.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
