- Written Communication: Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests via email or real-time live chat channels with proper grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Ticket & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical or billing problems, track order statuses, and document interactions cleanly in CRM or ticketing software.
- Back-Office Data Operations: Perform data validation, record updating, document review, or MIS reporting.
- Quality & SLA Compliance: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Response Time (FRT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and quality scores.
Pay: ₹19,700.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
