Job Description – Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) | IRTH
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and assist with product selection.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer databases and purchase records.
- Follow up with existing customers for recent collections and promotions.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Presentable personality and positive attitude.
Store Location: City Centre 2, Rajarhat, West Bengal 700161
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
