Job Overview

Achyutam Technology is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Meta Ads Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop effective audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.




- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve results.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
- Experience in lead generation, conversion, and sales campaigns.
- Understanding of audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve campaign performance targets.
