Job Title: Site Engineer – Solar Installation (Rooftop / Shed)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Project Capacity: 1.75 MW

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in solar installation projects, particularly shed-mounted solar power systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing solar installation activities, ensuring project completion within timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute solar panel installation activities on industrial sheds.
- Handle mounting structure installation, module fixing, and alignment.
- Ensure proper installation of DC and AC electrical systems.
- Coordinate cable laying,



cable termination, earthing, and electrical connections.
- Monitor installation of inverters, solar modules, and associated equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLD)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar installation projects.
- Hands-on experience in rooftop or industrial shed-mounted solar installations.
- Knowledge of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and earthing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
