Daily production target aur delivery timelines achieve karna.

Quality checks karna aur rejection/rework ko minimize karna.

Material wastage aur manpower/machine utilization monitor karna.

Production delays aur shop-floor issues identify karke timely resolution karna.

Finished products ki packing aur dispatch readiness ensure karna.

Daily production report/MIS management ko share karna.

Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, QC aur Dispatch teams ke saath coordination maintain karna.
