Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations across multiple divisions. You will lead teams, drive sales-aligned operational performance, and build the capability of our people through structured training. This role suits an MBA professional with a proven record in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple divisions, ensuring consistent processes, quality, and service standards
- Set division-level targets and KPIs, track performance, and report to senior management
- Work closely with the sales team to align operations with revenue goals, improve conversion, and ensure timely delivery
- Identify process gaps, reduce costs, and implement efficiency improvements
- Design and deliver training programs for teams on processes, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate team leads and staff; build a high-performance culture
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, finance, logistics, customer service) for smooth execution
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor or partner relationships




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: MBA (Operations, Marketing, General Management, or a related specialization)
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in operations or business management, with at least part of it in a multinational company (MNC)
- Proven experience managing multiple divisions, departments, or business units
- Hands-on exposure to sales operations, sales support, or business development
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing team capabilities

Skills Required

- Strong operational planning and process improvement skills
- Sales acumen: pipeline management, target setting, customer handling
- Excellent training, coaching, and presentation skills
- Leadership and people management
- Analytical and problem-solving ability, with a data-driven approach to decisions
- Solid communication in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools
