- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Configure email clients such as Outlook and troubleshoot email-related issues.
- Install and maintain antivirus software and perform regular system updates.
- Set up and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and shared printers.
- Join systems to Active Directory and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Perform data backup, system maintenance, and preventive health checks.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.




- Maintain service reports, asset records, and support documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
- Outlook and printer configuration.
- Remote support tools (Any Desk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
