We are hiring a hands-on HR Manager to run day-to-day HR at our factory.

Responsibilities

- Worker relations and shop-floor grievance handling

- Attendance, leave and shift records, and payroll coordination

- PF, ESI and statutory compliance, including inspections and audits

- Contract labour management and contractor coordination

- Recruitment and onboarding for factory and office roles

- HR records, registers and documentation

Requirements

- HR experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, beyond recruitment or corporate HR alone

- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, Factories Act and contract labour compliance

- Comfortable working directly with workers on the shop floor

- Able to commute to Bommasandra, Bengaluru

This role is based in Bommasandra, Bengaluru, six days a week, fully in office. Candidates from other cities who are willing to relocate are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
