Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator – L&D; Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging training presentations, creating instructional videos, preparing learning materials, and recording voiceovers to support employee training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. PowerPoint & Training Material Development

- Design professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for employee training programs.
- Prepare training manuals, learning guides, and instructional materials.
- Convert complex technical and non-technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content.

2. Video Content Creation & Editing

- Create and edit employee training and instructional videos.
- Develop video-based learning modules for different departments.
- Add animations, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and visual elements to enhance learning videos.
- Perform screen recordings for software demonstrations and training sessions.

3. Voiceover & Audio Content

- Record clear and professional voiceovers for training videos and presentations.
- Ensure proper pronunciation, voice clarity,



and appropriate tone.
- Integrate voiceovers, background music, and sound effects into training videos.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA candidates are also welcome.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation designing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and audio recording.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative writing, visual communication, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning content.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in creating educational or corporate training videos.
- Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and screen recording.
- Familiarity with e-learning content development and instructional design.
- Experience in voiceover recording and audio editing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
