CMA Trainee – Key Roles & Responsibilities

Department: Finance & Accounts | Ayurvedic Hospital

1. Treatment Costing: Develop treatment-wise cost statements for all Ayurvedic treatments, therapies and Panchakarma procedures, including analysis of material, manpower and overhead costs.

2. Costing & Cost Control System: Assist in designing and implementing an effective costing and cost control system across the organisation, including feasibility studies for current projects, services and business activities.

3. MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare various management reports, financial dashboards, departmental performance reports, budget variance analysis and other financial reports to support management decision-making.

4. Financial & Accounting Operations:



Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation, covering cash book maintenance, bank transactions, accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and preparation of financial statements, including the Profit & Loss Account.

5. Internal Audit & Process Review: Conduct internal audits of various departments and operational areas, review financial controls, verify compliance with established procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
