Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer handling. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada and possess excellent communication and convincing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide effective support and assistance.
- Explain company services and convert potential leads into customers.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain daily call records and sales reports.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Customer Support.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
