- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide product information.
- Explain company products, services, offers and pricing.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
