We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Senior Counsellor to guide prospective students about our beauty and wellness courses, generate admissions, and achieve monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle incoming inquiries, walk-ins, calls, and prospective student leads.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain inquiry records and update lead status regularly.
- Build positive relationships with students and support them throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in admission counselling, sales, or telecalling is preferred.
- Ability to achieve targets and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.
- Candidates from any industry can apply; beauty industry experience is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
