Job Summary

The Biomedical Technician will be responsible for assisting in the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of medical and hospital equipment.

The selected candidates will receive structured technical induction and practical on-the-job training under experienced biomedical engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of hospital medical equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot and identify technical faults in medical devices.
- Support installation, demonstration and commissioning of medical equipment.
- Perform basic electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Assist in equipment testing, safety checks and calibration activities.
- Maintain service reports,



equipment history records and maintenance checklists.
- Support AMC/CAMC service activities at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate with hospital biomedical departments and technical teams.
- Assist in spare parts identification and replacement.
- Follow company service procedures, safety standards and skilled ethics.
- Participate in technical training and continuous skill development.

Equipment Exposure

Candidates will gain practical exposure to:

- Infusion Pumps and Syringe Pumps

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering / Electronics Communication Engineering
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
- Interest in medical equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to undergo structured technical training.
- Good communication and learning skills.

For Experienced Candidates:

- 0–1 year of experience in biomedical equipment servicing or hospital biomedical departments.
- Basic practical knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Experience in hospital equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
