We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Operations Associate – Business Development to connect with families seeking financial assistance for medical treatments. The role involves converting warm leads, explaining the crowdfunding process, assisting with campaign onboarding, and helping families launch their fundraising campaigns successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Connect with prospective campaign creators over calls, explain the platform, and convert warm leads into active fundraisers.
- Customer Consultation: Understand patients' financial requirements, address queries and objections empathetically, and explain platform fees and verification processes.
- Campaign Onboarding: Guide families in submitting medical estimates, identity documents, and other required information.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily calling targets, talk-time requirements, and monthly campaign creation goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records regularly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure transparent communication and provide a supportive experience throughout the onboarding process.

Candidate Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically.
- Basic understanding of phone-based sales and objection handling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer data management.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
