Position Overview

Stylcove Modulars Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our factory operations team at Sellakkarichal, Coimbatore. In this role, you will work directly with the factory production, inventory, and management teams to collect, analyze, and translate operational data into clear daily, weekly, and monthly reports. You will play a key role in tracking production timelines, material usage, efficiency metrics, and dispatch schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Factory Reporting: Track and compile daily production output, machine utilization, scrap/wastage ratios, and labor efficiency metrics across modular furniture manufacturing lines.
- Inventory & Stock Tracking: Generate daily/weekly raw material consumption reports, stock levels, inward/outward inventory movements, and safety stock alerts in coordination with the store team.
- Order & Dispatch Monitoring: Coordinate with production planners and site delivery teams to maintain real-time status trackers for active client projects and dispatch schedules.
- Data Maintenance & Validation: Audit and cross-verify production logs, job cards, and worker timesheets to ensure 100% data accuracy before compiling management dashboards.
- Dashboard & Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive MIS reports (Daily Production Reports, Weekly Performance Summaries,



Monthly Costing & Efficiency Trackers) for Factory Managers and Senior Leadership.
- Process Automation: Maintain standard Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets databases, and automated reporting formats using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive or Data Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing plant, modular furniture factory, or industrial production setup.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel & Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems or custom factory management software.
- Familiarity with VBA/Macros or Google Apps Script is a solid advantage.
- Analytical Ability: Strong numerical aptitude with an eye for detecting data discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
- Communication: Ability to interact effectively with factory supervisors, shop-floor teams, and executive management.

Work Environment & Details

- Work Location: Factory premises at Sellakkarichal, Coimbatore. Candidates must be comfortable working directly within a factory operational setup.
- Shift/Schedule: Full-time, onsite factory hours.
