Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify recent business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and support the company's business growth. Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and other channels.
- Research potential clients, target markets, and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for client discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and quotations.




- Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Good research and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing can apply.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
