Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic SAP Success factore certified professionals with 3–4 years of HR domain experience who are looking to build a career in SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate will support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects across various SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, and Succession Planning

Required Experience and Knowledge

Functional Knowledge

Understanding of HR processes: Employee Life Cycle, Recruitment & Onboarding,



Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Payroll concepts

Basic understanding of one or more modules: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics / Reporting

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Willingness to learn SAP cloud technologies

Customer-focused attitude

Educational Qualification

MBA (HR) / MHRM

BBA / BBM with HR specialization

Any graduate with 3–4 years HR domain experience
