Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of materials as per company requirements. The candidate should have valuable negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills, preferably with experience in a manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations from different vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and purchase planning.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor pending orders and maintain proper purchase records and documentation.
- Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain vendor databases and update supplier information.




- Resolve issues related to material quality, shortages, delays, and discrepancies.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out within the approved budget.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
