Key Responsibilities

- Daily Oversight: Monitor daily construction activities, including concrete work, masonry, and plastering.
- Site Supervision: Direct daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation tasks.
- Drawing Coordination: Check blueprints and shop drawings to prevent physical clashes between ducts, pipes, and electrical lines.
- Resource Management: Track inventory, order building materials, and prevent material waste.
- Team Coordination: Assign daily tasks to laborers and manage subcontractors.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to verify it matches design specifications and local building codes.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure workers wear protective gear and follow health and safety rules.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor labor, equipment, and material supplies, and report delays to the project manager.

Required Qualifications

- Education: A diploma or degree in civil engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 7+ years of hands-on site supervision in residential or commercial construction.
- Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, solid problem-solving skills, and knowledge of safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
