Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, maintain strong business relationships, and coordinate daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up on pending payments, invoices, and payment-related issues in coordination with the accounts team.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain Google Business Profile access and other required information.
- Follow up on domain renewals and other client-related requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing, accounts, back-office, and technical teams to resolve client issues.
- Create, update, and track client requests using the company's CRM and task management system.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally,



escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, follow-ups, and outstanding requests.
- Proactively communicate with clients to improve satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients, particularly those based in the USA.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work night shifts, Monday to Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, client relationship management, or operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and task management systems.
- Experience communicating with international clients.
- Knowledge of payment follow-ups and account coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
