The Poké Co. is a growing cloud kitchen brand with outlets across Mumbai. We are looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on person to manage purchasing, vendors and inventory at our central kitchen in Vikhroli.

The role also involves coordinating stock supplies to our outlets in Khar, Powai and Andheri.

We need someone who is comfortable using technology, takes ownership of their work and is keen to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

1. Purchasing & Vendor Management

Purchase ingredients, packaging materials and other kitchen supplies.

Coordinate with existing vendors for timely deliveries.

Negotiate prices and identify recent vendors offering better quality and rates.

Compare prices and help control purchasing costs.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain accurate stock records at the Vikhroli central kitchen.

Check incoming materials for quantity, quality and expiry dates.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Conduct regular stock counts and minimise wastage, expiry and shortages.

Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

3. Stock Transfers to Outlets

Coordinate daily stock requirements from Khar, Powai and Andheri.

Arrange timely packing and dispatch of materials to both outlets.





Maintain records of stock transfers and confirm receipt with outlet teams.

Ensure outlets receive the required stock without delays.

4. Barometer Software & Reporting

Manage purchase and inventory entries in Barometer software.

Update stock inward, outward and inter-outlet transfers accurately.

Maintain purchase records, invoices and vendor details.

Share basic stock, purchase and shortage reports with Management.

What We Are Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in stores, purchasing or inventory management.

Experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen or food business preferred.

Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

Comfortable using computers, Excel and inventory software.

Basic understanding of stock management and food ingredients.

Good communication, follow-up and organisational skills.

Honest, reliable and willing to take responsibility.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.

Knowledge of Barometer is an advantage, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
