We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Shopify Expert to manage, optimize, and grow our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shopify store management, website optimization, product listings, order management, and e-commerce operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations while improving website performance, customer experience, and online sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Store Management

* Manage and maintain the Shopify e-commerce website.

* Upload products, manage product descriptions, images, pricing, and collections.

* Update website content, banners, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.

* Manage inventory, product availability, and catalog accuracy.

2. Website Optimization & Conversion

* Optimize website navigation, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

* Improve product pages and checkout experience to increase conversions.

* Identify website performance issues and implement improvements.

* Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and sales performance.

3. E-commerce Operations

* Manage incoming orders, order processing, tracking, and fulfillment coordination.

* Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

* Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer-related e-commerce issues.

* Ensure accurate order and inventory updates.

4. Marketing & Sales Integration

* Coordinate with the digital marketing team on promotional campaigns.

* Integrate and manage marketing tools, discount codes, and promotional offers.

* Support Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tracking integrations.

* Work on strategies to improve website traffic, customer engagement, and online revenue.

5. Reporting & Analytics

* Track daily and monthly online sales performance.





* Analyze conversion rates, average order value, and customer behavior.

* Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports.

* Identify opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.

* Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, themes, apps, and integrations.

* Experience with product listing, inventory, and order management.

* Understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

* Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.

* Knowledge of payment gateways, shipping integrations, and third-party applications.

* Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

* Ability to independently manage end-to-end Shopify operations.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG brands.

* Basic knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

* Experience with Shopify SEO and website speed optimization.

* Experience managing high-volume e-commerce orders.

* Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing integrations.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our Shopify platform, manage the complete e-commerce workflow, and contribute directly to growing our online business. The candidate should be proactive, technically capable, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
