Conduct quality tests on cement, sand, aggregates, water and admixtures.
- Perform concrete slump tests, cube casting, curing and compressive strength testing.
- Monitor 7-day and 28-day cube strength and ensure compliance with required concrete grades.
- Understand concrete grades (M20, M25, M30, M35, etc.) and their specified compressive strength.
- Monitor raw material quality, batching operations and concrete mix proportions.
- Maintain QC registers, including raw material testing, slump testing, cube casting, cube strength and daily quality reports.
- Identify quality deviations and report issues to the QC Incharge.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory testing equipment.
- Coordinate with plant operations and site teams for quality-related matters.
