Conduct application studies,

sample part printing, and

benchmarking for customer

requirements in dental and

ortho prosthetics

2. Design Orthopaedic/Dental

Prosthetics and surgical

instruments from concept

through to production,

including 3D modeling,

assembly design, and technical

documentation.

3. Build and test prototypes,

perform design feasibility

studies, and conduct tolerance

stack-up analysis to ensure fit,

form, and function.

4. Work closely with CNC/VMC

machining and 3D printing

teams, quality, and regulatory

departments to ensure designs

are manufacturable and

compliant.

5. Follow design control

procedures, support design

verification & validation

(V&V;) activities, and ensure

compliance with GMP and

ISO 13485

6. Defines documents and

enforces system standards.

7. Analyze product performance,

identify areas for improvement,

and implement design changes

for enhanced reliability and

cost-effectiveness

. Updates job knowledge by

participating in relevant

conferences, workshops,

seminars, and reading

skilled publications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
