Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, managing enquiries, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals. The specialist will support marketing activities by coordinating campaigns, gathering market intelligence, and assisting with promotional materials and events. The role also includes preparing regular sales reports, maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems,



and collaborating with management to refine sales strategies and training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage the sales cycle and achieve targets.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide processes, support team development, and improve performance.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and comfort supporting marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with readiness for client visits and fieldwork as needed.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in chemicals, dyes, or industrial products sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
