We are seeking an Observability Engineer to join our team and drive the implementation, management, and optimization of our monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern observability tools and a strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud environments, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions using tools such as Datadog, Splunk, ELK/Elastic Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Develop and optimize dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights into system health and performance.
- Aggregate, parse, and analyze logs and metrics from various sources.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to define monitoring requirements and improve system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.




- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in observability and monitoring.

Required Skills:

- Experience with one or more observability platforms (Datadog, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their monitoring services.
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Automate observability processes and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
