We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations, motivate and coach the team, manage high-value client relationships, and ensure consistent deal closures. The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge with proven leadership and negotiation skills

Position: 2 Nos.

- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develops and executes monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to meet gross profit and revenue quotas.
- Pipeline & Lead Management: Oversees CRM tracking, lead distribution, site visits, customer negotiations, and contract/deal closures.
- C2C Management: Builds and maintains relationships with Direct Clients, Investors, Corporates and network affiliates to expand sales reach.
- Market Analysis: Monitors real estate market trends, competitor pricing, demand shifts, and regulatory/RERA compliance.
- Performance Reporting: Tracks KPIs (lead-to-visit conversion rates, booking volumes, and revenue metrics) for senior management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
