POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we bring onboard the right talent to drive our vision forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing positions.
2. Identify hiring needs by collaborating with department heads and team leads.
3. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
4.



Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.).
5. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
6. Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
7. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain HR documentation.
8. Maintain recruitment data and provide weekly reports to management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR functions(Preferred)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good understanding of job portals, sourcing tools, and social media recruitment.
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
